The Tidewater Inn

We all know by now that I am a sucker for historic charm. And if you are too, then this may be the wedding venue for you! Established in 1949, The Tidewater Inn has been a cornerstone of Eastern Shore hospitality. Its Georgian-style architecture and beautifully restored interiors provides a timeless backdrop no matter your wedding style. In addition, the inn’s location in downtown Easton places guests within walking distance of charming shops, art galleries, and the renowned Avalon Theatre, enhancing the overall wedding weekend experience.

Gold Ballroom

Featuring high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and large windows, this ballroom is the epitome of elegance. It offers a grand setting for receptions with plenty of room for dining guests and dancing! In addition, it connects to the Gold Ballroom Garden, a tented courtyard with fireplaces, ideal for ceremonies or cocktail hours.

Crystal Room

Carriage House

Another space for a more intimate wedding is the Carriage House. Many couples opt to have their rehearsal dinner in this space, as it is more of a hall than a ballroom and doesn’t have a lot of space for dancing. In addition, this is the newest space on site, located within the gardens of the Tidewater House.
