As a new mom I can say first hand that the early chapters in your little ones life goes by too fast. In the blink of an eye my baby went from cradled in my tummy to a walking toddler! That's why I am passionate about capturing families in every chapter of life! Maternity, newborns, milestones, and family photos for the rest of forever!

First let’s get your due date on my calendar! I recommend booking in the 2nd trimester to guarantee availability. We’ll figure out if you prefer a studio or in-home session and from there we’ll plan all the details to make your photoshoot a success. You’ll receive a planning guide to help you pick out outfits and walk you through more of what to expect on the day of each session.
Before your session
Step one
Once baby arrives we’ll finalize a date and time for your photoshoot and plan out any requests. Most commonly newborn sessions take place in the morning Tuesdays - Saturdays. The best time for a studio session is within the first 3 weeks of life and 6 weeks for an in-home session, but no stress if we need to have it later.

I’ll curate your gallery to tell a story of our time together. You’ll receive your gallery within 5 weeks of your session through a private online gallery. I encourage you to share and most importantly, print your photos! Your future self will thank you!

Portrait FAQs
Ahead of your session I’ll provide you a guide that includes tips on what to wear along with a curated board of recommended pieces. When in doubt, Earth tones & neutrals are a great choice.
There are so many wonderful locations to choose from! I’ll send you a recommended locations guide for you to select the one that speaks to you the most.
Outdoor sessions are scheduled about an hour prior to sunset. Weekdays are recommended due to locations being less crowded. Indoor sessions most commonly take place in the morning.
Don’t worry, I’ve got you! I’ll guide you through the entire session and I promise you’ll leave with a smile on your face!
I love the energy that kids bring! I’m well versed in working with children and will work some magic to get them engaged in a fun way. My biggest tip is to let them lead and embrace the candid moments.

I offer seasonal mini sessions on select dates at select locations. These fill up fast so join my email list if you’d like to be notified when the dates are released!
For family & couples, my weekend dates book up first so you’ll want to schedule anywhere between 2-4 months out to guarantee a weekend date. Fall is the busiest season and I recommend booking by June or July for a prime October or November date.
For newborns, I recommend booking as soon as you hit your second trimester. I'll hold your due date on my calendar then we'll finalize the date and time as soon as baby arrives. Maternity sessions are recommended to occur before 34 weeks.
The more, the merrier! You both book individually but will receive a discount if you book for the same day, time and location.
