I’ve never enjoyed a photoshoot as much as this one with Meg, Joe, and their new baby. From their engagement and wedding, and now as their Baltimore newborn photographer, I have so treasured the moments I’ve documented with this family! Documenting beyond the wedding is a part of photography that I love! In fact, I love it so much that I offer a lifetime discount for my wedding couples. Here is how Meg and Joe have taken advantage of this awesome deal!
We are so lucky to live in the modern world where we can document every phase of our lives. Especially in these years when you’re just establishing your life with an engagement, or a first baby, or a first pet, everything happens so quickly. Having pictures to remember how you’ve progressed is so valuable.
I know I’ve probably talked about this before, but I met Meg and Joe way back in 2021 for their engagement session. They loved their photos, so I also had the pleasure of being there at their wedding in 2022! Afterwards, we met up for family photos with their dog Benny, who sadly crossed the rainbow bridge. Then they got a new puppy, Marv, so we took a commemorative shoot at the beginning of this year. We tried to preserve similar poses in every shoot!
But now Meg and Joe have welcomed their first baby and I got invited to be their Baltimore newborn photographer. What a special moment for me. I appreciated the trust they had in me to be able to capture these precious moments together in their home. Sincerely, it is so heartwarming to go back through these albums and see their love grow!
So at this point, you can see how much trust we’ve built together over these years. Becoming life-long friends with your photographer has its benefits: your photographer already knows your style preferences and best poses. You’ll already understand the booking process and how to access your photos afterward, so it can relieve stress from the get-go.
Plus, feeling comfortable in front of your photographer means more genuine smiles. Each session is more fun when we already know each other. I love building history with my clients.
I’m so glad I’m able to share this with you all, and I hope that it will encourage you to build a relationship with your Baltimore newborn photographer, or any photographer. It’s so gratifying to be a part of someone’s life journey through my art. If you’d like to book your next session with me, drop me a line here!
In Loving memory of Benny.
